REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
UNI/PdR 125:2022 is the reference practice promoted by UNI (Italian National Standardization Body) that provides guidelines for the adoption of a Gender Equality management system in companies, including for certification purposes. This practice is part of the public policies for promoting Gender Equality provided for in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
